Derrick Hill – Pastor

Our Pastor is Derrick Hill, who joined us in 1999 after a career in the public sector. He is now an accredited Baptist Minister and as well as pastoring the Church is vice-chair of the Govenors at Great Yarmouth High School.

Leda Schofield – Associate Pastor

Leda is from Brazil and speaks fluent English and Portuguese. She joined the team in June 2009 with specific responsibilities including working with the Portuguese speaking community and helping the church to integrate across the language barrier.

Judith Edmonds – Church Secretary

Judith Edmonds fulfils the voluntary role of Church Secretary as well as being active ecumenically through the Borough Wide Churches Forum, Network Yarmouth, and the Yarmouth Mercury Viewpoint column.

Martin Bayliss – Church Treasurer

Martin is a teacher in a local school – and within the church fulfils the voluntary role of Church Treasurer as well as contributing muscially.

Church Deacons

Park Baptist currently has six deacons. Those who take on this voluntary role and help with the day to day running of the church are June Day, Malcolm Edmonds, Richard Keenan, Brian King, Pete Lyle, and Elizabeth Saunders.
